The Obama administration released a remarkable set of decisions on Egypt policy yesterday which, if followed through and supported by Congress, could signal a dramatic shift for US-Egypt relations. The Government of Egypt launches its much-touted Egypt Economic Development Conference in Sharm El Sheikh this week, and has pulled out all the stops to lure foreign investors.
